Orders are shipped via UPS Ground 3-5 Business Days. Orders over $150 ship free and $10 standard shipping on orders under $150.
Returns
We are a small business and accept exchanges for different scents only. Candles must be in original packaging and not show any signs of being lit. If for some reason, the candle is damaged during shipping, we will exchange it for a new product at no cost.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Gift cards and any discontinued items are FINAL SALE.
For a return label, please email info@freshorganizedliving.com and include your order number in the subject line and we'll respond within 48hrs with your return shipping label.
